I love a mmis-matched Christmas tree and I have a tradition that every time I go to a new country I but a Christmas decoration so all my tree decorations mean something to me even though it may not be the most perfectly themed tree on the block! I got some beautiful blue and white decorations, quite similar to the ones in your pictures, in the Netherlands, Belgium and France.

Love the angel with the little cap in the middle. These are like the royal copenhagen blue and white yearly christmas plates that I collect!

I think that they're really unique. Maybe a little to "formal" for my Christmas Tree (I have 2 small ones and we like to make it FUN). But I can imagine a french house with a very elegant tree dressed with these ornaments.

Tres Chic! :-)

So beautiful---I am pretty sure I have at least one Delft ornament, but I will add a gingham ribbon this year.

*Gasp!* I must have some! We always put our Christmas tree in a bay window in our dining room - and it's decorated with gold, silver and blue ornaments. The dining room just happens to be painted delft blue and cream. And our usual china is Spode's Blue Italian! PERFECTION!
